This document outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the Pilates services offered at the studio. By signing up for membership or participating in any classes, you agree to the following terms.
You can choose from monthly memberships, class packages, or single-session purchases.
● Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed in specific cases such as death, medical incapacity (with proof), or relocation more than 30 kilometers away. For month-to-month members, a 30-day notice is required.
● Refunds: Refunds for unused prepaid services are processed only in cases such as death, medical incapacity, or other legitimate reasons at the studio’s discretion. No refunds will be offered for classes already attended.
● Class Reservations and Cancellations:To reserve a spot in a class, members must book in advance. Late cancellations (within less than 12 hours of the class) may result in a fee or the class being deducted from your package.
● Transferability: Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
● Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that participating in Pilates classes may involve physical activity that could result in injury. You agree to consult a physician before engaging in classes if you have any health concerns.
● Health Conditions: You agree to inform the studio of any relevant health conditions, injuries, or medical history (or a new condition or change in health/ pregnancy) that could affect your participation.
● Assumption of Risk: By attending classes, you accept the inherent risks of physical activity, and the studio is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or other health issues sustained during participation.
● Punctuality: Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class to allow time to set up. Late arrivals may not be allowed into class.
● Personal Belongings: The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Secure your valuables accordingly.
● Cleanliness: Please clean the equipment after use and maintain personal hygiene during class. The studio reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals not adhering to cleanliness standards.
● Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
● Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete personal and health information when registering or signing up for classes.
● Billing: Membership fees will be billed according to the payment method you choose when signing up. By providing your payment details, you authorize the studio to charge your account for membership fees and other charges incurred.
● Late Payments: If your payment fails or is delayed, the studio reserves the right to suspend or cancel your membership.
● Limitation of Liability: The studio is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation in classes. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for membership or class attendance.
● Data Collection: We collect personal information for the purpose of delivering our services, including your name, contact details, and health information.
● Use of Data: Personal data may be used to process bookings, communicate with you about services, and improve our offerings. Health information will be used solely for class safety and participation purposes.
● Data Sharing: We will not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or for the delivery of services.
● Data Security: We take reasonable precautions to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. If a breach occurs, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities in line with legal requirements.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Any significant changes will be posted on the website or communicated via email. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
● Termination by Studio: The studio reserves the right to terminate memberships for breach of these terms or inappropriate behavior in the studio.
● Termination by User: You may terminate your membership at any time with a 30-day written notice, except for prepaid packages where refunds may not apply.
